Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Our team can help confirm your coverage when you arrive. For patients without insurance, we also offer self-pay options.
Yes. We provide care for worker’s compensation injuries and also perform drug screenings for employment, compliance, or workplace incidents.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, and a list of any medications you are currently taking.
